Garth is a former executive but now, author and much sought after business consultant, motivational speaker and presenter. Since 1996, he has operated his own consulting business, helping organizations address concerns related to dysfunctional teams/departments, management/leadership development, interpersonal workplace conflicts and coaching of struggling or high potential managers. Because Garth is a leader who has been an executive in both HR and General Administration (including front line operating functions), he knows only too well that any advice, guidance or support that he may provide must always be practical. As a result, Garth’s work on behalf of all clients is always aimed toward good, common sense and practicality.
In addition to his professional career, Garth has served as a Board member of a number of professional and volunteer organizations, including serving as President of the Oshawa Senior Citizens’ Centres, Secretary/Treasurer of the Business Advisory Centre of Durham and past Treasurer of the Oshawa Community Health Centre.
Garth has a passion for leadership with a particular interest in educating, mentoring and developing others.
