Garth is an administrator, author and much sought after speaker and presenter in the fields of leadership and human resource management. He has also, since 1996, operated his own consulting business, assisting organizations with a multitude of Human Resources related issues.
He holds an MBA as well as certifications in Organizational Development, Conflict Management and Coaching.
Garth is particularly interested in creating work environments where staff are treated with courtesy and respect. Leadership Development, Change Management, Conflict Management and Work/Life balance are initiatives that are especially near and dear to his heart.
